Overall positive, pay is better than other companies in this field. They like to promote within so if you want to move up you will have opportunity to do so. Benefits are decent currently but were much better in years prior..

Helpful, very supportive for new hires! Our meetings are effective and informative. I tend to wish we had more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I personally a GREAT team lead, best I've ever had. Upper management is personable, but they are always moving the bar for performance metrics your bonus is dependent on. You can be meeting all year, and it will no longer matter in aug when they decide they want to use a different measurement point
