Very accessible and low ego. They welcome feedback and ideas from others and genuinely care about our mission and the people who make it possible.

I have a great vacation package, which I really appreciate. I also enjoy having a hybrid work setup, allowing for flexibility with my personal life as needed.

My team is amazing! Everyone is so kind and invested. We have each other's backs and are always willing to step in and help if someone is overwhelmed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. I really enjoy my coworkers and feel like we have a strong team. The individuals I work with the most are extremely smart, competent, and collaborative.
