Very low pay, no raises, bonus metrics are barely attainable but when achieved are abysmally low compared to the 3x or more work you provide. Pto is also your sick days, no 401k matching but they will send an email every week about how well the company is doing profit wise.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very kind and casual interview. Never felt pressured or felt like I had to be on 100% personality to impress them. Accepting of alternative appearances.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually listening to their employees and being less fake about what we are able to achieve. Focusing on rolls that don't directly benefit them. Dept communications
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Caring more about their team in leadership roles would be nice. It's nice they're paid high 5 to 6 figure salaries but we're all suffering at the bottom.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Very expensive policies, per condition deductibles piss people off and aren't properly explained by sales. Most policy holders have no idea what they're paying for. Preexisting conditions will make insurance not worth it.
