Overall it's been great but ever since the new manager, lots of management that's been with the company for 4+ years quit due to the horrible business practices with the manager.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Nothing in particular, it's pretty average hiring/interview process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive in that the atmosphere and customers are great, and flexible scheduling.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my chill coworkers I became friends with and the thrill to work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The discounts are nice, if I was full time the benefits would be awesome but unfortunately since I'm part time I do not receive any of them besides the half off discount.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are a great group of bunch that try to keep the store quality great and giving the customers their best, but some team members with a higher position or given a higher position seem to change mentally and morally after they do which I'll call a power trip but other than that its family.
