I love working for Vans because they take care of their employees. I don't like my managers though. They all act stuck up and let the position ge tto their heads. They can be rude and have a smart mouth when I ask simple questions. They can be very snappy sometimes.

They are fast when pulling shoes. I enjoy the bond I have made with one of my coworkers.

They need to learn to be nicer to their new hires because their attitudes are ridiculous and rude.

I love my employee discount because I wore a lot of Vans apparel before working there and now I get to enjoy more apparel and shoes
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I only get along with two coworkers because they aren't rude or have an atitude. Other than that the rest of the team can be negative.
