Firstly, all my job interviews went very well. I had a warm welcome to Vonage from HR and trainer all over the world. Very interactive to get to know my new colleagues locally and overseas as well. Though most of us are working from home, I get the support from my manager and team mates. I feel good

Though it is slightly below the market rate, with other incentives and bonuses, I am grateful to be part of the team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Has been a great experience. Relevant questions asked. Very positive. Very direct and interviewers are honest to share what to expect, challenges ahead and their expectation in terms of KPI if you are shortlisted for the job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Colleagues that you can regards them as friends and daily support that you need when challenges pops up and need to get it resolve immediately. Great understanding with the team and other department as well from Marketing to IT to upper level management
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since Vonage use Slack as daily communication tool, it is very to reach out to my team individually and as a team. We can get immediate response if let say I post questions or enquire certain information. The bonding wise can be improve from time to time
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Firstly, office location is great. Open concept of office environment. Shared offices with other organization where you can mingle and get to know your neighbor and their businesses. Since majority are still working from home, I am sure the office will be very cozy and fun to interact with all level
