The broad spectrum of activities i am allowed to participate in. There is enough to do, and enough diversity in task set to keep me from being bored.

Consistency of pay, perks, opportunity. Value certainly goes beyond pay, perks and benefits are a factor, can improve in small increments in a variety of places to make a significant impact.
