What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are always looking for new ways to provide the best possible service to our customers.

The support of my direct supervisor. In my 5 yrs with the company I never had that.
If our department was more involved with other departments and if we were included in more activities involving the company I would be able to answer this question but as we are not it is hard to say.

We are all in the same page in communication.

I am allowed to do my job and have the freedom to make most decisions that I need to. I am treated like a professional. As a company overall I don't believe there is a culture or something that as a whole we are all working towards everyday. That in itself is a culture.
The employees in the west wing of the HQ building are friendly and supportive of others.
