No recognition, others take your ideas as their own.

Being in a department that growth is stagnant and knowing that your talents and knowledge would be better used if our department would make simple changes to the org chart or allow cross training. What compensation?

I feel valued as an employee but don't feel I am compensated accurately in relation, to what I know for certain, I could be making elsewhere.

What makes me feel undervalued is that nobody seems to care the amount of work we do in the sense of giving us a raise or a better position in the company. It seems like everybody else gets to move up except our department. Even though I tried, I feel the managers should make a decision not the CEO.

The pay scale needs to be adjusted to our competitors considering some other companies with far less experience are getting close to the pay scale as some of our departments.

We have not gotten a raise to compensate the cost of living increase - and we can no longer purchase PTO - and I hope we can continue to sell back unused PTO hours

I'm very helpful when asked. But feel the favor is never returned.

A raise would be great!!! The cost of living has gone way up and our pay has been the same and benefits that were helpful are being taken away, like selling our PTO back and being able to buy additional PTO. I do however think the health insurance is great and having access to Frontier Direct
