I feel valued as an employee but don't feel I am compensated accurately in relation, to what I know for certain, I could be making elsewhere.
What makes me feel undervalued is that nobody seems to care the amount of work we do in the sense of giving us a raise or a better position in the company. It seems like everybody else gets to move up except our department. Even though I tried, I feel the managers should make a decision not the CEO.

A raise would be great!!! The cost of living has gone way up and our pay has been the same and benefits that were helpful are being taken away, like selling our PTO back and being able to buy additional PTO. I do however think the health insurance is great and having access to Frontier Direct
