What does it matter. No one reads these or does anything to fix the issues anyways.
At the start it was awesome, challenging and growth was available, then change in mgmt it became unappealing, stagnate and growth ceased even overlooked several times, then change again and it got better but still stagnate and growth is difficult due to pay bracket instead of knowledge.

The best things about my team is the openness of the group to hear other people out and help others. Going back to freedom not micromanaged to somewhat manage your job the team is always there for weekly meeting to check in and help each other out
