What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not to make fake promises to their employees just to get them to work harder and do more duties but still your pay will stay the same and then just blame other managers above them to get the employees off their back.

I don't feel undervalued I just feel lied! What will make me feel better would be to stick to the promises or don't promise anything if not sure.

Be more genuine and helpful. Be more of a team player and not just act the part.

I think this company is investing in the future in the wrong way. take the time to test products and view each deaprtment personally instalead of listening to management saying everything is fine.
