I understand change needs to happen. But people need to be nicer and more helpful. I think we are very unorganized and are trying to do too much with too little. Departments are not communicating like they should and I see the silos getting taller. I think management needs to be more genuine.

There is no best part.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be more genuine and helpful. Be more of a team player and not just act the part.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The moral is low due the the recent changes and people need to help each other and not cause friction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Recently I do not see anything positive. I think we have a negative culture and teams are not helping like they say.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating and clarifying our goals. They seem to be in their own little world as far as the direction we are going.
