What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think our leadership team needs to quit making promises and standing up to and quit pointing fingers just to get us off their back, and also give us a good resources like tools that we need. Specially, our boss has a big problem on taht and giving us caps and sherrs when need.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The matching on the 401k.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
What makes me feel undervalued is that nobody seems to care the amount of work we do in the sense of giving us a raise or a better position in the company. It seems like everybody else gets to move up except our department. Even though I tried, I feel the managers should make a decision not the CEO.

The pay scale needs to be adjusted to our competitors considering some other companies with far less experience are getting close to the pay scale as some of our departments.

Consistency of pay, perks, opportunity. Value certainly goes beyond pay, perks and benefits are a factor, can improve in small increments in a variety of places to make a significant impact.

What makes you most happy at work?
Throughout the years i've notice that internet service has changed from it being a luxury at home to a necessity. It is important to have a stable connection and yet its frustrating for a customer when they have problems. I'm happy to be a part of a team that helps find solutions to their problems
