It has been a good company to work for but we have not gotten a raise in at least 2 years - the cost of living has gone way up and also we hope to continue selling back our PTO - The Insurance and other benefits are a plus

We work well together and help each other when needed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Benefits and being able to sell back our unused PTO and Receiving a Yearly Bonus
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have not gotten a raise to compensate the cost of living increase - and we can no longer purchase PTO - and I hope we can continue to sell back unused PTO hours
