Having worked at several companies I am able to compare it against Fortune 100 companies and other small companies. This company is by far the best company I have ever worked for. I will be here as long as the company will allow me to be.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team is accessible, engaging and I know they care about me and family. They have shown this through their actions not just their words.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued as an employee but don't feel I am compensated accurately in relation, to what I know for certain, I could be making elsewhere.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has become self-sufficient and are great at asking questions. I know I can depend on those around me as they know they can depend on me.
What makes you most happy at work?
I absolutely love what I do and I love that am allowed to do it. I want to do my best every single day to make everyone around me better. That makes me happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am allowed to do my job and have the freedom to make most decisions that I need to. I am treated like a professional. As a company overall I don't believe there is a culture or something that as a whole we are all working towards everyday. That in itself is a culture.
