The company works their employees to death. They have the whole second shift working 76 hours a weeks, and the other shifts working 72 hours a week. There is no work life balance. Its like our lives have to belong to company. We only get two breaks. One 25 minute and one 15 minute.

Very little to none hostility and drama.

The interviewer explained things well and in a digestible manner
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Many systems are not efficient and cause confusion within the workplace and causing errors slowing down production. No one manages the machines to make sure things get fixed or that safety guards are working or we have the tools we need.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The money is great. Life insurance is provided. Other benefkts like legal aid and counseling are great benefits but absolutely useless when you have to work so much you have no time to even take advantage of them like counseling for instance.
