They care about the employees and prioritize safety over anything else. Set clear values and behaviors for the company that are visible at all locations.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good health care and 401k match.

The best is my employer matches my future pension to the dollar of whatever amount i have taken and put in a funds account. Also being in a union gives protection, support and great medical benefits,

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The values and behaviors are communicated throughout the company. Safety is prioritized.

Teamwork is the most positive aspect of the culture. I can email anyone in the organization with questions or request help, and everyone I have reached out to has been helpful and responded.

The most positive is the individual work we do since we have our transportation and a company card we can do things at our pace and without having to front or waste our own money.
