Seriously needed management that have some idea of the industry and standards

Engagement... come out of your office and talk with your people.
Many systems are not efficient and cause confusion within the workplace and causing errors slowing down production. No one manages the machines to make sure things get fixed or that safety guards are working or we have the tools we need.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They contribute to alot to help employees
The pay was fair, but based on leadership, anything lower would have been insulting.
It gives me the opportunity to do the things I'll always wanted to do

The money is great. Life insurance is provided. Other benefkts like legal aid and counseling are great benefits but absolutely useless when you have to work so much you have no time to even take advantage of them like counseling for instance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They underpaid me in my position and when I said something about it I became a target

Stop avoiding hard work. To much talk

Train for the job they are working instead of just skating by.
Treating each other with respect for starters! It's the lack of qualified supervisors that continue to allow employees to disrespect one another. Because they're no better than the ones berating each other!
Trust n help each other rather than being afraid to let them help because they may take your job

Open to innovation ideas and using your best talents

The managers ate tough and thorough. Its not one person deciding to hire you

They take what they can get, no other choice

People should make promises they can't keep

Getting individuals that are responsible for their jobs!
Safety is not a priority as preached. Quality is embarassingly poor. Costs are not a concern. Productivity is the ONLY concern and goal.
Not enough trying for new hires so we get alot of errors
Change management asap you will see a change I would bet my life on it
