Many systems are not efficient and cause confusion within the workplace and causing errors slowing down production. No one manages the machines to make sure things get fixed or that safety guards are working or we have the tools we need.
Need to be all changed
I've worked with two different plants and leadership isnt good at all.from the scp to the pm or gm they are not to be trusted
Communicate with everyone not just one party and try to implement procedures that will not work on the floor
Actually being bosses they need to stop favortism lies and lies
Start with actually leading instead of micromanaging.

Realize people don't risk their lives for the job.
There is no job training, skeleton work force not enough people to fill jobs. Workers are scheduled to work all off days. It is a toxic work place a lot of early retirements and people just quitting. I have worked there 25 years. We need new management from top to bottom. Worst company ever.
