Review from Product Dept

Everyone is included in decisions

Leadership is moving towards innovation, continuous improvement

Collaborative super stars in our company

Everyone's a very attentive and patient

The smile the flow throughout the floor and the joy that everyone feels to be part of west rock

The workers theyre the best you can ask for

Team members! A few good bosses, leadership of a man who is not even in charge. But takes care of business and runs it like a boss! For years now. This man needs to be put in charge! And he needs to train me in, and he/we need to go to other companies and shown how it is done!

How evryone shows respect to one and another

Can't think of anything that is constructive!

Everyone is respectful on 2nd shift, Forklift Drivers help when needed

Review from Operations Dept

The values and behaviors are communicated throughout the company. Safety is prioritized.

Review from Engineering Dept

Teamwork is the most positive aspect of the culture. I can email anyone in the organization with questions or request help, and everyone I have reached out to has been helpful and responded.

Review from Engineering Dept

Nothing positive at all. Boss was tightly wound and expected you to give your life to the job. Made promises in interview and didn't keep.

Comfortable work environment without fear of threats or peer pressure. Can communicate with anyone.

The most positive is the individual work we do since we have our transportation and a company card we can do things at our pace and without having to front or waste our own money.

Review from Engineering Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Local leadership at the Canadian operations.

Management needs to listen more and talk less

Review from Operations Dept

management interaction with employees. Not honest and being bullies!

The leadership in charleroi is VERY BAD, The person that should of had the job is Joellyn Gray but of course she is a women so.....

Review from Operations Dept

Better management from the CEO to gm and maintenance manager

Not have managers with family and friends in the company and they take favoritism for them

Management we all agree on this just interview employees

Better training and management needs much more commitment to making sure they are trained

Value your employees. They have a life away from work.

Review from Product Dept

Recognition and investment on the teams could be better.

They need to change lots of management

Work life/ home life we work at least 6 days a week

Review from Operations Dept

Total management change. There culture is broken, total micro management. Safety program is a joke, no training for job set up. Attendance is terrible, everyone is burnt out.

Review from Operations Dept

Some of the line leaders attitudes

Review from Operations Dept

Floor supervision is very much lacking

Review from Product Dept

First of all, a pay raise is way past due. We need safe parking, accessible to all within a fenced area. We need transparency within the company. People should not have to continue to use vacation time to make up for lack of work, then be forced to work because no time is left.

Review from Operations Dept

Senior leadership at Corporate and certain mill GM

Communication! Stop the bickering between employees and management. All departments work together. And every Department having a common goal to reach our objective.

Review from Operations Dept

get the production operators involved more in the decisions and explain why the changes are happening better to them.

Review from Operations Dept

less competition between shifts, less negativity, less blame for things not under peoples control
