It was pretty laid back and simple.
The interviewer explained things well and in a digestible manner
I was interviewed 18 years ago when the plant opened. Very different than now. I was hired based on knowledge, experience and attitude. Now people are hired simply because we need bodies to fill spots.

People should make promises they can't keep
