I have to make the machine work. It doesn't matter how much experience you have as a Die Cutter Operator if you don't know what is wrong with the machine, you will be useless.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay rate is awful, and the machines are older than my mother.
What did you like most about the interview process?
