Overall it is easy going and very independent and no one is taking credit for the trouble or hardships you endured.

I like the cohesiveness and bonding of all the employees. Our jobs are stressful but having those you can trust around you is amazing.

We learn when to be serious and when to relax. If one person can' t get the job done others will help out or pick up the slack without making a big deal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is the individual work we do since we have our transportation and a company card we can do things at our pace and without having to front or waste our own money.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best is my employer matches my future pension to the dollar of whatever amount i have taken and put in a funds account. Also being in a union gives protection, support and great medical benefits,
