Wiley – From the moment I went to make a purchase on their website the experience has been less then pleasant. Ordered a book on Dec 4, 2021, Today is Dec 23, I do not have a book, no refund and their customer service tries to make the issue my fault, and simply transfers me from agent to agent. Terrible!!!
