The commission structuring is the best I have ever seen. Commission plans are very detailed and are paid out fairly.

We are undergoing growing pains due to exponential growth. Our leadership needs to work on and establish better processes and make basic information more accessible.

Warm, inviting, friendly, and innovative. The culture is on a different level than most companies. From leadership to entry level, culture is important and protected. Delivering happiness isn't just for customers, but is deeply engrained into Zoom's culture and it shows.

The amount of trust and freedom I am given by my manager and leadership team. From day 1 I have felt valued. Managers actually listen to and encourage feedback. Delivering happiness is not just for our customers, but deeply ingrained in the company culture as well.
