The transparency, honestly, and human connection approach rather than an approach entrenched in hierarchy... the door is always open!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel really lucky to have generous reimbursements for items lek groceries and gym equipment during the WFH environment. On top of a generous base and bonus plan.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I onboarded during WFH and have never really gotten to meet in person, but Zoom's own amazing chat with giphs etc has allowed me to truly get to know my teammates and make some amazing friends.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work in the healthcare segment, I love hearing our use cases and knowing we have been able to keep patients and providers connected for their health and wellbeing. So many stories have brought me to tears of hope and joy for the amazing differences being made and that Zoom is a partner in this!
