What do you like best about the leadership team?
The entire leadership is transparent and communicates all information proactively. Zoom has the best culture out of all the companies I have worked for. They genuinely care about employees and customer and always do the right thing for both.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved how quick Zoom was in getting back to me. the constructive feedback I received was the best. It made me better for the next steps. Zooms recruiter was always making sure that I had heads-up on next steps.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
