As companies continue to focus on increasing gender diversity within their ranks, a query of more than 5,000 workers across the tech industry shows that both men and women slightly prefer to work with women over men.
Fifty-six percent of men and women say they prefer to work with women over men, according to the latest reading of an ongoing query by Comparably.
