At a time when companies are being forced to navigate increasing competition and a rapidly advancing tech scene, many are still choosing to focus on culture. Indeed, 60% of people say their employer is actively trying to improve company culture, according to the latest reading of an ongoing query by Comparably. More than 1,000 people, predominantly in tech, responded to the query.
From a city view
Respondents in the following cities had the highest rates of saying their employers are trying to improve culture: Boston, Denver, Chicago, Ft. Lauderdale, Los Angeles and Seattle. Respondents in New York, Houston, Dallas and Minneapolis had the lowest rates of saying their employers are trying to improve culture.
Men vs. women
Men and women responded identically to the query, with 60% in each group saying their employer is actively trying to improve company culture.
