Best Company Managers 2017

COMPARABLY1

There is perhaps no single element of employee retention more important than having a good boss. When people feel like their boss supports their career growth, challenges them to improve, and entrusts them to do meaningful work, they’re golden; when those things don’t happen, their productivity and contentment could suffer.

Hoping to recognize good management practices, Comparably analyzed thousands of employee ratings to determine which companies received the highest marks for their management culture.

This list is part of Comparably’s Best Places to Work 2017 series.

The results are below:

Methodology
Comparably’s “Best Of” lists are derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com during the 2017 eligibility period (1/1/17– 11/17/17). There were no fees or costs associated with participating, nor was nomination required. Large companies are considered organizations with more than 500 employees whereas small/mid-size are businesses with less than 500 employees. Companies are listed in alphabetical order.
