We have seen the impact that poor mental health has on employee burnout, workplace culture, productivity, and retention as a whole. There has also been a societal shift as mental health issues across all generations continue to skyrocket since COVID-19 and discussions around mental health continue to be de-stigmatize. At HashiCorp, we have built a culture of caring for one another and providing expanded mental health benefits are just one way we keep it going.
