In our quarterly Town Halls, our leadership prioritizes recognizing N-ablites who have gone above and beyond to put our core values into action. This allows us to celebrate each other’s milestones and accomplishments while continuing to reinforce our positive, uplifting culture.

It’s an honor to receive external recognition as it’s a testament to the work we are doing to make N-able a great workplace. Our culture is unique, and N-ablites feel a great sense of shared pride when we can celebrate these recognitions across our nearly 15 countries around the globe. We also stay up-to-date on our recognitions via regular Town Halls, monthly company-wide newsletters and via our N-tranet to ensure N-ablites can celebrate and share in our accolades. We celebrate our science-first, patient-first culture by taking every opportunity to recognize that just as there is a person behind every test, our employees are the people behind each process who make our work possible. Because we have onsite and remote employees, recognition cannot be one-size-fits-all, and we use a variety of means to call out exceptional contributions, including quarterly recognitions for employees who demonstrate the six core Ambry values; department recognitions (such as a monthly department VIP and opportunities for peer recognition); a place to recognize peers on the company intranet; social media spotlights for individuals and departments; and a week-long Lab Week celebration that recognizes lab employees for their dedication with meals each day, giveaways, contests, videos, and more. We’re proud to celebrate our diverse culture in a variety of ways at Squarespace. We have a dedicated Employee Experience team who thoughtfully plans and curates numerous in-person and virtual offerings centered around connection to our customers, connection to one another, and connection to our vision and mission. We partner with Squarespace customers to bring our employees closer to the individuals that they serve by hosting customer-led events and workshops such as hot sauce making, astrology, cello meditation, digital mindfulness, and our customer holiday markets, we aim to provide a wide breadth of offerings so there is something for everyone.

We host regular events including networking events, workshops, new hire socials and intern happy hours.
