30% of Workers See Themselves Leaving Their Current Company Within a Year

Millennials have been painted as the quintessential job hoppers, but they’re hardly the only ones contemplating their next gig.

Twenty-nine percent of all workers say they see themselves staying with their current employer for less than a year, according to a query of 10,000 workers on Comparably. The next most popular response was more than two years.
