Comparably just released its set of annual awards highlighting the best companies, including its annual Best Perks & Benefits, Best Compensation, Happiest Employees, and Best Work-Life Balance honors. These lists showcase the companies that are keeping their employees satisfied across businesses large and small.

Methodology
- This set of Comparably Awards are derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com during a 12-month period (September 27, 2019-September 27, 2020).
- Rankings were determined based on a series of questions (in yes/no, true/false, 1-10 scale, and multiple-choice format). The answer to each question was given a numerical score and then compared to companies of similar size.
- There were no fees or costs associated with participating, nor was nomination required. The final data set was compiled from 10 million ratings across 60,000 U.S. companies.
- To qualify, Large companies (more than 500 employees) must have met a minimum of 75 employee participants and Small/Mid-Size companies (fewer than 500 employees) needed a minimum of 25 employee participants. For fairness and statistical significance, additional weight was given to companies with more participation from their employee base.
