Leadership needs to set metrics for each position so that everyone is productive and accountable for their part. Everything here runs on emotion and word of mouth.

Paid weekly and yearly bonus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health benefits are terrible and expensive, the plans on the public market are better and less expensive. They want you to put in the work like it is your own small business, but if the benefits are terrible and schedule is inflexible why not just start your own business?

Work together well in intense situations.
