The CEO is hot and cold and blames the employees for doing exactly as he said. Zero accountability. He leads by emotion and doesn't take concrete data into consideration. Working here will be a roller coaster and I don't recommend wasting your time here.

They will interview once and extend and offer as long as your are professional looking and sounding because they are desperate.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to set metrics for each position so that everyone is productive and accountable for their part. Everything here runs on emotion and word of mouth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health benefits are terrible and expensive, the plans on the public market are better and less expensive. They want you to put in the work like it is your own small business, but if the benefits are terrible and schedule is inflexible why not just start your own business?
