They should stop underpaying people and trying to cut their benefits at every move. HR is terrible and I qualified. Instead of organizing parties where they can take photos of themselves to make it look like they do something they should actually learn how to do their job.

They have meetings all day long just to have meetings about future meetings so that they can say they're too busy with meetings to actually produce anything.
This company cannot be better because the entire leadership would have to leave. And the company itself is useless so no one qualified to lead would join so they just keep hiring unqualified, ego/image driven people.
No one seems to be really excited about what they are working on. Project vision and insights are often half-baked.
They don't interview people based on skill or even allow the people who will be relying on them to interview them.
The train has gone off the tracks and there's no hope of it going back. It's allowed it technology to go underdeveloped for 10+ yrs, they're too far behind, they don't have any customers and they offer nothing of value. They should fold it up at this point.
