Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They should stop underpaying people and trying to cut their benefits at every move. HR is terrible and I qualified. Instead of organizing parties where they can take photos of themselves to make it look like they do something they should actually learn how to do their job.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They have meetings all day long just to have meetings about future meetings so that they can say they're too busy with meetings to actually produce anything.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?This company cannot be better because the entire leadership would have to leave. And the company itself is useless so no one qualified to lead would join so they just keep hiring unqualified, ego/image driven people.
