
Nothing regarding my pay rate was filed or communicated to the general manager, and my pay rate was manually adjusted after i had to leave for a quarantine due to covid.
Many many things. Caring about every employee and truly caring for the restaraunt. Servers cannot scream at managers and lash out at guests. Nor should the behavior be tolerated or egged on by a general manager.
Each and every employee at Chuy's on 71st is a rehire, or a first time restaraunt employee with little to no manners or respect. "Acting" like you genuinely care about customer service and performing low quality work intentionally, while complaining about pay loudly is unacceptable.
