Started great but the pandemic has started to show a lot of cracks.

Effective and straight to the point.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much anymore besides shifts not being too long.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Money isn't distributed equally. Executive management needs to make less so the working class can make more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Any sort of benefits would be nice. Also cut the serving staff down so servers can make money.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They make too much money and leave their serving staff to fight for crumbs in the middle of a pandemic.
