What are some of the best things about your team?We all have each others backs
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? Not much anymore besides shifts not being too long.
What did you like most about the interview process?Effective and straight to the point.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?our management is a drunk, a guy who calls workers idots infront of customers... and some dumb MITS. unless youve worked there for years you're constantly walking on eggshells there just waiting for them to snap on you souly bc theyre in a bad mood.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? Each and every employee at Chuy's on 71st is a rehire, or a first time restaraunt employee with little to no manners or respect. "Acting" like you genuinely care about customer service and performing low quality work intentionally, while complaining about pay loudly is unacceptable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Nothing regarding my pay rate was filed or communicated to the general manager, and my pay rate was manually adjusted after i had to leave for a quarantine due to covid.
