The entire business is growing fast. Positions are added on the r&D teams and the Commercial team is growing globally. Look at the website for the job postings. There are many.

It is good. Meet lots of people. It’s a long day but I feel that a lot of good info if there.

10x does thorough interviews. Some tough questions especially in the technical positions.

Managers can do promotions throughout the year. They look at this quarterly.

Fast pace. We are far ahead of the competition and we plan to keep it that way. There is some balance as well. Flexible vacation policy makes it easy to take time off when needed/wanted and this is encouraged.
