What do you like best about the leadership team?
Trasparent, approachable, talented, innovative, motivated

They seem to be focused on making a good product

Strategy, communication, performance management especially of unqualified execs and leaders
destructive reorg, hire honest, responsible, knowledgable and productive leaders only.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
High salary relative to all but FAANG
Pay and benefits are above market .
stocks and good retirement package
It is all good and worth it. I’m still a temp worker but I know once I have the opportunity to become full time, it will be very exciting
base salary was ok with RSU, bonus is based on company performances

match market rate for both cash and equity

Hard working, smart, curious, fun, supportive
Some good mentorship, no micromanagement, mostly kind and hard-working.

Be productive and honest, do more and talk less.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Incredible cross-functional team work. Super kind and hard-working people.
Just the way everyone treats each other, very positive environment.
Low stress, nice people. No jerks.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership changes and committing to fewer things with better ROI justification
promote collaboration, productivity and reward accordingly.
