In terms of environment the stuff that we sell is fun and in return the people I work with and customers that come in usually fit that crowd. Which in return makes the environment fun
Pay is not competitive compared to what other retailers are paying especially for the amount of work and extra hours they're requiring you to put in. Insurance is kind of high and comes out every week and there's no 401K match. Pay is determined by location by the CEO.
If Jim would actually take care of his management teams and employees turnover wouldn't be as bad. Also if they transitioned to a loyalty program instead of an outdated system and try to build an improve on things that would help the company as a whole. If they still did events that would also help.
