What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to showcase my knowledge upfront with the interviewer rather than having to fill out sheets, personal and it shows that they do care who they seek to work with.
It was carried out by steps, each one more difficult than the previous one, but very well organized and insightful.
It was based on real conversations more than just checking boxes or certain details. It was about where you are and where you'd like to get and if the goal could be reached working together.
It had a personal touch -- reflecting the company cares about his employees
Spoke directly with the team I would be working with to get a good sense of what their values are
