What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best ideas win no matter where they come from, people are friendly and collaborative
Even though we are all very productive, it doesn't feel like working. Sometimes it can be stressful and hectic, but most of them is a gathering of people that want to help out.
We are colleagues who care about the other
the company puts peoples personal lives as important life as a priority which then fosters self employee motivation
The level of communication is promotes a trustworthy, honest and productive environment. It is very common for organizations to lack communication which then develops internal silos. This is not the case here as the level of transparency creates trust internally.
Innovation, education-minded, welcoming to new ideas...
