Even though we are all very productive, it doesn't feel like working. Sometimes it can be stressful and hectic, but most of them is a gathering of people that want to help out.
We are colleagues who care about the other
The level of communication is promotes a trustworthy, honest and productive environment. It is very common for organizations to lack communication which then develops internal silos. This is not the case here as the level of transparency creates trust internally.

Getting to showcase my knowledge upfront with the interviewer rather than having to fill out sheets, personal and it shows that they do care who they seek to work with.
