What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no clear vision to grow the company. Each team operates with different expectations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited paid vacation days, free Friday lunch.
Stock purchase good pay. Medical
great medical.. 401k doesn't match but I understand we are still a small company
Competitive Salary, and there are stock options which I believe will be worth a good amount one day.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Work hard to complete tasks
My team is very friendly and very competent. We all have our strengths, and we don't have to compete against each other. We work together to accomplish things.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Each team has separate, often competing, goals. Having a more holistic view of the business would be beneficial in driving partnerships.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are easy-going, not too formal, and artistic of course.
