401k benefits, vacation, equity in the company
Matching the 401K and helping your people develop as a person is a big deal to me. It shows you are investing in that person and that makes them want to invest in your company permanently.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Daily team meetings, transparency, performance driven, accountability
They are open, positive, and especially for a sales team in a commission environment they are especially helpful and positive.
