The team work atmosphere is great! You just do not get that in a sales environment.

My manager leads. Actually leads and helps develop you on your career path no matter where it leads.

They are open, positive, and especially for a sales team in a commission environment they are especially helpful and positive.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers are very nice and friendly. My boss actually cares about me as a person and spends time talking to me not only professionally, but personally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Matching the 401K and helping your people develop as a person is a big deal to me. It shows you are investing in that person and that makes them want to invest in your company permanently.
